Churubusco is a rural town in Northeast Indiana nestled in the corner of Whitley County, 16 miles northwest of Fort Wayne.

Busco
Churubusco (Busco) is home to many local small businesses both old and new - an authentic barbershop, two grocery stores, a hardware store, and a beloved restaurant filled with clown decor, just to name a few. Busco has so much to offer. In the past few years the town has put much focus, effort, and funding into revitalizing the small town.



Education
Churubusco is home to Smith-Green Community Schools. Churubusco Junior-Senior High and Churubusco Elementary are located in the heart of Churubusco.

Town Park
Churubusco takes great pride in its 60-acre park. Amenities include lighted basketball and tennis courts, pickleball courts, large playground, splash pad, community building, skate park, dog park, four baseball/softball diamonds, soccer fields, mulched trails in 14-acre woods, and an asphalt trail connecting Threshers Ridge, the school, and town streets.
